When your season ends, do you kick back, relax and get away from the game for a couple months? Of course not. Whether itís formulating and implementing an off-season strength and conditioning program, ushering in a new group of players and preparing them for the following season or putting together motivational exercises, every successful coach knows that winter presents an opportunity for physical and mental team building.
