The Rocket Pop-up comes to its feet after every hit, freeing other players from holding or righting standard dummies. Jersey-style numbers give youth aiming points for practicing correct techniques.

The Rocket Pop-up is a foam-filled dummy so there is never a loss of practice time due to leaking air or sand. Standing 48-inches tall and weighing 60 pounds, the Rocket carries a three-year warranty. It is covered with 18-ounce vinyl-coated nylon and includes two double-stitched carrying handles for convenience in daily storage.

New for 1999, the Rocket joins the Rogers line of Pop-up dummies. For more advanced players, Rogers offers the Scout (113 pounds and 60-inches tall) and the Titan (117 pounds and 72-inches tall).

In regular shoes, 70 percent of the body's weight rests on the heel, causing the calf muscles to exert little effort in supporting the body.

In Strength® Shoes, the heel is eliminated, causing the calves to support 100% of the body's weight. This overload works the calves and Achilles tendons with a force equal to six times the bodyís weight on impact. As the force of impact occurs, the heel dips, causing the calf muscles to stretch.
