At LSU we are going to train with free weights and perform barbell exercises that require a great deal of concentration and effort. These exercises are total body exercises and require you to exert a great deal of energy every time you step into the weight room. It is important that the readers understand that we are not bodybuilders, weightlifters, or power lifters but we will perform a great deal of the same exercises that many of these great athletes do.
