Tony Santee is the strength and conditioning coach at Central High School in Grand Junction, CO. He also serves as a football and track coach. With more than 27 years experience as a coach in various capacities, he understands the importance of a strength and conditioning program on the high school level.

“With the help of our administration and boosters, we were recently able to purchase a new weight room for our student-athletes that encompasses 3,000 square feet,” said Santee. “We wanted to get the best equipment we could that would be both flexible and durable. It’s essential to have a good strength training program to compete at the highest level.

“The Brute Rack System from Rogers Athletic is perfect for our needs – it’s durable, flexible, and heavy duty and works for all sports besides football. I’m the track coach and our shot-putters – among other athletes – can use the Brute Rack on a regular basis. It’s adaptable for athletes in many sports.

“There’s a lifting platform that can be adjusted for reps for football players at all positions. Whether it’s an offensive lineman or running back, the Brute Rack can be adjusted for different kinds of strength development. It’s also easy to adjust the weights and how much is used for each rep. What makes the Brute Rack even more efficient is the fact that 5-6 athletes can use the machine at the same time.

“The Brute Rack improves strength training by combining the benefits of squat racks and free weights. The Monster Incline, Decline, and Horizontal Arms are part of the power-cage that facilitates free-weight exercises without needing other machines.

“I’ve had great experiences in the past with Rogers Athletic products – primarily field equipment – and now, the Brute Rack System serves the needs of our strength and conditioning program.”
