Leadership Lessons for the Winning Coach

I have spent most of my adult life learning and practicing the art of leadership. I feel lucky to have attended the most famous leadership school in the world—West Point. This base coupled with a 20-year career as a military officer and coaching high school sports in Wisconsin, Washington and Texas has allowed me to develop some leadership principles that helped me achieve winning a state championship in football.
