Breaking down each seasonal phase of your strength and conditioning program throughout the calendar year is a must. But before we outline the entire year, letís devise a plan for summer workouts. Hereís a complete plan divided into two phases for your summer workouts.
Careful observation should have been done after the winter workouts to identify a lack of development in certain areas.
